Remembering to drink water during this Covid-19 lockdown may be the last thing you are thinking about. Below are 5 ways to help you increase your water intake. Save the picture below and keep it as a reminder for ways to get creative in drinking for H20.  1. Adding fruit to your water not only adds color and makes it more fun to look at, but the vitamins and minerals from the fruit you add get into your water intake as well. 2.Before you drink your first cup of tea or coffee, challenge yourself to drink a glass of water first. 3. Add Ginger or Turmeric powder to your water. Sometimes I add a tablespoon to one of my pitchers of water and my husband can never tell. I love crushing up Vitamin C pills and adding the Vitamin C powder to my water as well, especially during cold and flu season. 4.I like to keep my bottle looking "cool". My favorite one say Wife, Mom, Boss So grab yourself a cool-looking cup & drink up. 5.If you have to fall in love with water, drink nothing but liquids one morning or maybe even one day! Sometimes to detox or to appreciate water more, I like to go on liquid fast and drink nothing but liquids or water. Be sure to check with you doctor, if necessary, before doing so to make sure it is within your health conditions.
